Welcome to the Mirador property website. Mirador, which is Spanish for "a Moorish lookout", has been buying and restoring fine properties in the valley of Lecrin in Spain for over 15 years. The company was created by individuals with a long working knowledge and love of this unique area, which nestles between Granada and Salobrena on the Mediterranean coast.

New visitors to Lecrin are often struck by its visual beauty. I was too, when I first arrived there more than 12 years ago. It was spring and the countryside was blooming with colour from a thousand almond trees; it was like candy floss heaven. The valley is just as beautiful today, but now the new road means it takes only 15 minutes to reach Granada by car, not one and half hours as it once did, the skiing is 40 minutes away and the Mediterranean sea is just at 25 minutes from the valley.
